AskLight records requests: when they arrived, who claimed them and when they were completed. It doesn't track location and doesn't listen to staff conversations. The device listens only when a resident starts it.
What if I'm busy when an alert comes?
Leave it — a colleague can claim it. If no one claims it in time, it's flagged as overdue for the supervisor.
