Frequently asked questions
Can one organisation run several homes?
Yes. An organisation can have several facilities, each with its own units and rooms. Staff are given access to the facilities and units they work in.
What roles are there?
Admin (set up facilities, rooms, devices and staff), supervisor (review, reassign, cancel, reopen and reports for their units) and staff (claim and complete requests).
Can we export reports?
Reports are viewable in AskLight today. Self-serve exports are planned; during a pilot we'll share the data you need.
