Accessibility statement

Last updated 3 October 2026

We want everyone — including residents, families and staff who use assistive technology — to be able to use this website.

Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we do

  • Semantic structure, landmarks and a skip link on every page.
  • Full keyboard access to menus, tabs, demonstrations and forms, with visible focus.
  • Text contrast of at least 4.5:1, and body text no smaller than 17 pixels.
  • Animations that can be paused and that respect your reduced-motion setting, with text descriptions of what they show.
  • Form fields with labels and clearly associated error messages.
  • Automated accessibility checks on every page before release.

Known issues

Embedded third-party content, such as the scheduling calendar, is provided by others and may not fully meet our standard. You can always request a conversation through our form instead.

Feedback

If you find a barrier, please tell us through the contact form. We'll respond and work to fix it.
