Words in a resident's speech that may indicate distress, such as “help, I fell”.
AskLight flags distress wording prominently on active screens as unverified: the words were said, but AskLight can’t confirm the situation. AskLight is not an emergency system — emergencies go through your nurse call system and procedures.
