Response time
How long a resident waits for help — measured to acknowledgement, arrival or completion, depending on the definition.
Response time can mean different things: time until someone takes responsibility, time until staff arrive, or time until the need is met. Good reporting is explicit about which one it uses and looks at the spread, not just the average.
