Which staff member has explicitly taken responsibility for a request.
Ownership answers “who’s on it?”. In AskLight, receiving an alert doesn’t make you the owner — you own a request only when you claim it and the server confirms. If two people claim at once, only one succeeds, and everyone sees who.
